I'm in the greater Chicago area and have a a great many perennials around the yard. I've noticed that several of the perennial types had a significant loss of plants this year. For instance, my Euphorbia's suffered a lot of losses which has not happened before. Geraniums and Yarrow took a hit too. I don't know if it was 'bad luck' or the weather did them in. Anyone else having any issues with their perennials? We had several late snows mixed with warm weather followed by more snow. My sister had a large plant loss too with her Bleeding Hearts which usually stand up to everything.
