It's not the heat, it's the humidity. We are a balmy 90 here. Going to be a scorcher this weekend
Had to run up to Frys but back home now. Just the trip across the parking lot burned me out. I know the humidity is much lower then in other areas of the country but that is of little comfort when it is 113. I see the clouds gather each afternoon but so far no storms in Scottsdale AZ Jim.

Had a forecast high of 98 in the San Fernando Valley today so we spent the bulk of the afternoon in a local beach town where it was a glorious 71.
I remember that humidity

Oh, it's the heat, too. A dry 100+ is still 100+. Very dry here, but it is absolutely miserable.

Well it rarely gets to 100 here in Northwestern Ontario Canada.
I don't need air conditioning. Just a fan in the window in the morning to bring the cool air in.
The high today is going to be 84 F and overnight it will be 59F.
But the cold winters make up for it.
I might have posted this picture before. A snow storm piled the snow against my window. So I opened the window and made a beer fridge.

As much as I love the 2-3 months of summer we get here in WNY, when we get a couple days of hot/humid temps near 90,,my energy is zapped.I take my early morning walk around 6 or so when the humidity isn't bad
Our local'weather experts' are saying its going to be a tad warm/humid starting Thurs-Mon.I'll believe it when I feel it
