What's a teeter totter?Maybe you have one too.
I hate teeter totters. Being tiny I was always left on when the bell rang to end recess and I went crashing down. That same sensation of crashing comes as I try to walk downstairs. Yes, I hate them every time I see or think about them. (First world problems)
for real?What's a teeter totter?![]()
But they aren't really inanimate are they? Oh wait...I just saw the picture. We call them See Saws where I'm from. They are inanimate until someone gets on them. You poor baby. LOLMaybe you have one too.

Nice! The teeter totters on our school ground were like those except longer so you could up higher in the air. The bumps and bruises were the price for having fun thereon. Those are luxury ones. Ours looked more like this.

yes I've never heard the name teeter tots...for real?
it's always interesting what different cultures and backgrounds call things. see saw yes i've heard that but it was always teeter totters when we were kids. least you know what it is so that's a plus in your favor. LOLyes I've never heard the name teeter tots...
ROFLMAO!When I was little I got my boot stuck in an escalator and I've been terrified of them ever since. It was a real struggle for me years ago when I used to fly through ATL airport for work.

Ours were too. I actually loved the teeter totters. It became a real challenge for balancing. If you sat forward you could often force the other person down and if you sat at the very back, they’d go flying into the air. Then you could sit there and make them squirm. No ! I wasn’t a bully.Nice! The teeter totters on our school ground were like those except longer so you could up higher in the air. The bumps and bruises were the price for having fun thereon.
I agree. I have never been comfortable with escalators as the timing required is just difficult especially when they are going so fast. When I was little I got my boot stuck in an escalator and I've been terrified of them ever since. It was a real struggle for me years ago when I used to fly through ATL airport for work.
