I'm surprised this hasn't been in the news. Eric Clapton had a severe reaction to the AstraZeneca vaccine and can no longer play guitar.
“Not what some filthy, lying, corrupt, body is telling us all.” What are you talking about?I can't impress upon it enough, listen to your heart, listen to your own body, not what some filthy, lying, corrupt body is telling us all.
One would be foolish to believe that we are being informed of all that is known about the vaccines and their long-term side-effects.“Not what some filthy, lying, corrupt, body is telling us all.” What are you talking about?![]()
At least Clapton spokeout. Other celebrities old or new might very well have had a reaction but didn't want to admit to it. There are alot of people out there that have no problems talking about their colostomy over dinner but will never admit to anything negative about themselves to others or a doctor. 'I had the shot no problem as growl and flex their muscles'.One would be foolish to believe that we are being informed of all that is known about the vaccines and their long-term side-effects.
One would be foolish to think that anyone knows anything about any vaccine, yet, that does not make the makers or inventors of vaccines should be subjected to the names you have used. In point of fact, what have YOU or I or ANYONE here done for the human race in general, in this crisis, but sit around and flap our jaws? One would be foolish to believe that we are being informed of all that is known about the vaccines and their long-term side-effects.
I refuse to volley back and forth with you on this issue, Aneeda. One would be foolish to think that anyone knows anything about any vaccine, yet, that does not make the makers or inventors of vaccines should be subjected to the names you have used. I have done nothing, I am not capable of doing anything. What have you done? At least they have tried.
That plays to what I've been hearing - that negative reactions and problems are far greater than are being reported. At least Clapton spokeout. This germ virus in it's natural form loves pre existing conditions especially diabetes and high bp so why wouldn't a potent variation of the samething not do the same.
But I have never heard so many having a negative reactions in my life period to a vax or even chemo. If one wants to advance a medical, pharma or research career they are going to put up/shut up rather than show up to complain, note adverse affects etc. Same for those that simply want the pack, herd or mob as big as they can get it: take the vax like me.
My mistake. He couldn't play for two weeks after the second shot. Being sick for two weeks from the vaccine is far better than being dead from covid-19, and with his health problems, it probably would have killed himThis got very little coverage from any of the media, it doesn't support "the narrative". Not sure when that was recorded, but he has recovered to a great extent and is once again playing.
True, and several of his good friends died young, such as Jimi Hendrix and Duane Allman. But he's also had an incredible amount of good luck, mainly being a gifted guitarist and being in the right place at the right time to capitalize on his talents.@Irwin "He's had so much luck during his life"
Eric wasn't lucky when his four year old son Conor ran out a window on the 53rd Floor.

Eric Clapton has taken a right turn on several social and political issues lately.
Maybe he's matured, grown wiser over time. He survived which requires adaptation and change.@Irwin "He's had so much luck during his life"

He didn't actually see his son jump out the window. He wasn't living with his son's mother at the time but was on his way over to pick him up for lunch when he received the call about what happened. And then he wrote a song about it and made millions from it and allowed it to be used in a movie soundtrack. The South Americans pronounce cocaine as Co-Ca-Aina.
In terms of losing friends to overdoses v. watching your little boy running across the room and plunging himself out of a 53rd story window, I'd pick your own little baby's death as the worst thing imaginable; way more than choking on your own adult vomit.
