Awww Ken, I was just getting to know that bug, he stopped in for coffee several times. I am sad to hear you took him out. I rather liked it and thought it was a cute idea. Perhaps a snake would work? No?

That roach you have there Ken is the size of our Palmetto bugs that manage to get in the house sometimes.

Thanks! Since we are visiting Thailand which has many bugs, I kept trying to squish it!!

Gawd those Giant roaches remind me of the time when we lived in southern Spain. A friend who lived in England was having her casa renovated (which was about 20km's from us and near a building site of new build homes) and asked us to keep an eye on the builders. One day we went over there as the workmen were getting ready to knock out the downstairs cloakroom, and as I pooped my head around the door the foreman was just unscrewing the ceiling flush light fitting, and as he did, a whole shower of roaches fell onto his head out of the light fitting...OMG!!!! *scream* it makes me want to puke even now just thinking about it!! :aargh:
