I'm 73 for one more month. But I'm still 5 years younger than my sister, which I remind her of all the time! To be truthful, she's much more active than I'll ever be. At 78 she's a "social butterfly", goes on international vacations, concerts, volunteers for several charities, etc. Wish I were more like her, but I'm more of a "stay at home" type person.

JaniceM...thanks for the good thoughts and also all the others who gave best wishes to us. So far so good, we both are slowly improving each day. Hope to be chasing each other by the end of this week...

I know what you mean. I live in a senior apartment complex, and at 67 am one of the youngest. Most are 70 plus. One lady just turned 98.

Those aren't wrinkles, they are dimples! They add a lot of charm to faces, in my opinion!

Something that has always baffled me:
If "womb" is pronounced "woom" and "tomb" is pronounced "toom", then shouldn't "bomb" be pronounced as per Mrs O on the birth of Gary: "Sh*t, she's a boy!"

If bomb were pronounced boom, that would make it an onomatopoeia. (Suggestion for word of the day. )
