I hate that lousy commercial.

JJ Walker, the My Pillow guy, and Joe Namath used to head my most hated commercial list. JJ Walker's "Dyn-o-mite" was old in the 1970s. And the My Pillow guy can't squeeze another crucifix, or American flag into the background in his ads. Talk about pandering. Namath should stick to modelling panty hose. But they don't irk me as much as that woman gynecologist (?) who is hawking her deodorant. I honestly don't care if I rub that junk on my butt cheeks, my crotch won't smell any worse if I just bathed. These are mine, what are your most detested ads?

Right now in CA, there is a proposition about on line gambling, both pro and con. On every channel multiple times a day

If you think you're sick of them now, wait until it gets passed. We have it here and it was almost non stop ads for various gambling sites. It's been a little less lately, though.

Also, I'm sick of these commercials:
Linda Finds a Personal Loan
via @YouTube

I haven't seen the "Reverse Mortgage" ads with Tom Selleck, Henry Winkler, or Steve Garvey for a while, but they were annoying.
They've been replaced with Covid, Shingles, & Menningitis vaccine & drug ads. But those aren't really annoying; just amusing.

I'm sick of commercials featuring Peyton Manning. Enough already! Also, those commercials featuring Melissa McCarthy. I don't even know or care what products they're hawking. I just want them off my TV!

And there are a few that get played over and over on YouTube. I can block them with an add-blocker on my PC but not when I'm watching on the Roku box. I guess if I subscribed, I could get rid of them, but that would mean Google (parent company of YouTube) would have more of my info and I don't trust those greedy bastards. I added a credit card to my King Sooper's account the other day and somehow Google got that information and added it to Google Pay. WTF?!! I immediately deleted that info from Google Pay as soon as they notified me, but WTF? How is that even legal? Google is a horrible, unethical company.

J J Walker needs the cash to try to un jump the shark and Billy Joe wants to destroy all the media footage of him showing his football fans that he and only he can try to kiss Susie Kolber and not get sued.

I had a run in with Google, too. Some how I was being billed for some kind of service that I wasn't even using. Then they said that they suspected a family member and that I was responsible. I canceled my credit card.

Ditto what @oldaunt said. We almost never watch regular TV. We buy DVDs (including Blueray), and have a HUGE collection including all the episodes of many series. That way, we can re-watch as we will.

We even recently got a DVD player that would play DVDs from different regions. Was pretty cheap; works great.
