How would humans take it if they were no longer the domanant species on earth?

One thing is certain humans would try to reclaim dominance by destroying anything/everything that got in their way. Humans are lousy negotiators so cohabitation is out of the question. Humans are prideful therefore they deserve to be at the top of the food chain. Should a rivalrous species attempt to serve humanity on a platter no doubt the CIA, SS, FBI, and the President of USA would claim sovereignty and in return the important people are spared while minorities, the sick and the poor are held in stockades for future dining and experimentation.

I’ve seen and been around plenty of chicken coops and hog farms. Some stink really bad and others don’t. That’s all I’m saying.

Bear, wolves, big cats have a way of unsettling one's perspective of dominance

Big cats, the old ones, more than any other beast

I guess we'll find out after the coming apocalypses(nuclear war, climate change, over-population, super-pandemic, asteroid impact) forces humans to spend most of their time looking for food, and avoiding being...some other creatures food.
