With big business and government forcing fake artificial intelligence on us, it is often difficult to determine if you are interacting with real people.
For text "help" it is often an AI chatbot. I actually would prefer these days a foreigner in a call center using a language translator.
Really dislike when you are forced to talk to the phone. And even more when the phone says, Hmm like it's human. I expect that further work is being pursued so that they make it sound and act like a real person.
I just received an email from Walmart support. I wonder if the persons name in the signature is even real.
