Anyone Play Chess on this Forum?

I'm on Chess.com as shansen404, but I mostly play against 'bots.' Plus I always do the three daily chess puzzles. Do you have an ELO rating?
I'm Mitch408 at Chess.com and my ELO there is 1158. I only play 30 minute games with opponents within 25 points of my ELO there. I play my games there from 11 AM to 2 PM ET. Shansen404 has a 1316 ELO there, too high for me. Thanks, anyway.

Yup...good move. I didn't see that upcoming fork. Guess I'll just cut my losses.

Who’s winning.?😎
No pressure. 😂
I am. PS: If you want to learn to play, I can teach you or help direct you! I used to run the chess club at Sumac Elementary School where my wife was the principal. Chess was at one time primarily a male dominated sport. It no longer is! Women can and do excel at chess! Women can be and are competitive at the very top levels of chess. There are several women chess 'streamers' who make their living off chess, Anna Cramling, Andrea Botez to name a couple. I'll put up some links for you. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k0uNoCI2Wqk

No thanks. While I find it interesting , I find my hobbies more interesting. Besides, that thinking thing ? Not sure if I can handle that. 😅lol I’m currently juggling reading a book, painting and playing a musical instrument.

A good competitive chess match can be really mentally exhausting. I've only ever really played against my brother over the years. He's better than I am, but when I do beat him it's very satisfying.

I figure even in a loss, you learn. It's the best board game ever.
