I get mine cut and coloured regularly, it rejuvenates me. I did try going grey during covid lockdowns but I just felt uncomfortable and felt ancient. Yet some women look natural and lovely with grey hair. The cut matters I think, a good easy style is important.
Overall, I feel older women look much better than younger ones. In maturity we have found what suits us. We dress better too, paying attention to coordinating, accessories and choosing colours that flatter.
As an aside I'm always fascinated by lady newsreaders and their style of hair and clothes. Some dress so badly it distracts from the news! Others look formal, simple but elegant.
Oh and men - do you go grey or colour? What about bald - I like short or bald heads for men and it seems to be the norm now.
