Only a few days left to make New Years Resolutions.

A few years ago I had stopped making resolutions because I didn't stick to them, especially that one about losing weight. But just last week, I decided my resolutions for 2024 will be:
~Keep up with the chores better
~Sit down and play my instrument more, including practicing for techniquel
~Eat healthier, which unfortunately means I'll have to cook more. I'm seeing a nutritionist again to help with that.
~Create and stick with an exercise plan.

My resolution is to make a list of daily things that I want to do but keep forgetting. Like: stretch legs, neck stretch, brush cat, etc. Can't think of what else right now but it's simple things that I just forget about. And of course the usual exercise consistently.

You guys still do resolutions? I gave those up years ago. I know I'm not gonna stick to them so no point in making myself miserable for the new year. I figure if I really wanted to lose weight it would be a done deal by now. Maybe someday.
This year I’m giving up vaping. I’m lying to myself thinking I’m not smoking it. There’s is a bit of smoke from the vape. I think I’m allergic to it.

My next New Year’s resolution is to exercise everyday. I used to walk daily outside but I am now using my treadmill to challenge myself better

Increase your exercise by walking to the bus stop and save your car. Enjoy the sunshine, too. Happy New Year! (y)
I don't know in which area @birdy is located, but personally I'd have to walk 20 miles to a town that has a public bus system. If they still have it... things like that aren't available in smaller towns and rural America.

I will be on social media including SF less next year. I get sucked in and waste too much time.
Once a week.
