3 football fans found dead outside their home. No cause of death yet.

And, apparently the renter of the home didn't know they were out there? He's a chemist or scientist, so I'm wondering if he cooked up some magic stuff and they all smoked it, or laced their cigs with it and smoked.

3 of them go outside to smoke and never come back. OD'd.

Read that maybe they tried to come back inside but the door was locked. Scientist possibly passed out somewhere inside.

All speculation.

Turns out there was a 5th man at that party and the owner/renter has since moved out of that house.

I can't believe they wouldn't speed up the toxicology reports since 3 died at once. If nothing else they could issue a warning about a batch of tainted drugs legal or not if an OD was the cause.

It can take up to 6 weeks to get a toxicology report back from the lab. It just depends on how many drugs are found in each body. When drugs are found, then each of them have to be analyzed and if there are drugs found in any one of the drugs being analyzed, then that drug has to be analyzed.

If you have never been to a lab to watch these toxicologists do their job, I can tell you they are very intelligent people. I think getting a toxicology report done as fast as they do is amazing to some degree. I had one of the toxicologists tell me years ago that when they find certain drugs, some have to sit for awhile before being tested and some even have to go through longer than usual testing.

So, my point is, there is no rushing a toxicology report. The autopsy can be done in a day or maybe two, but toxicology reports can take weeks and normally do. I have a good story about a murder that was solved by one of the scientists working in the lab, but I will save it for another day.

And.... I saw mentioned last night that early results from toxicology tests show both cocaine and fentynal in their blood streams, along with weed. Which, sadly, should surprise no-one.

This just seemed like a drug overdose story from the beginning but everyone including the police downplayed that angle. I'm still wondering why they all went at the sametime without at least one of them realizing something was wrong and tried to get help.

Also rumors and theory only is they ODd in the house and the owner panicked and drug them outside which is why he seems to have a 2 lost days where he was 'sleeping'. He could've woke up the next morning and found them dead then drug them outside. Rumor and theory only. But many friends and family didn't trust the host story from day one.

I'm still puzzled why the host/apparent provider of the drugs would even think about mixing in fentanyl or providing it separately.

They say fentanyl increases potency so that tells me that the three deceased probably already did drugs with some degree of regularity because it would seem the desire for something new would mean they aren't getting the high they want probably in part because they've done often enough they've built up a tolerance.

I think you'll find users of illicit drugs aren't like your normal consumer. They're willing to try anything. They don't shop around, and given the nature of the drugs and dealers they're using, a drug bought today might well have a different formulation tomorrow. Hell, one pill to another pill bought at the same time can be the difference.

Partly sure replicable drug dealers test & use the stuff before they purchase the stuff. to sell to their repeats. Yet most likely they shopped for cheapest here. If you can afford tickets you can afford the consequences.

What's disappointing if not surprising is that some of the departed were fathers/parents. Why the heck are they 'partying' like college frat boys. Guarantee some of these guys were not new to partying with drugs. The game watch party was just another excuse and cover for their drugging.
