Good evening friends! I'm pleased to say my knees are a lot better tonight. Now my feet have swollen up , if it's not one thing it's a another. I have put on some compression socks and about to elevate my feet. Sweet dreams

I'm off to bed now, my left foot is throbbing after that paving slab fell on it this morning. Nothing is broken, but it's really swollen.
Perhaps a wee dram.... just to soothe the pain you understand.
