Does UPS ever send you emails or text messages regarding suspended orders for which they require more info from you? This so sounds like a scam to me but I have never encountered this one before. Does anyone out there have any experience with this? Please share what happened. I'm stumped this time. I cannot find any order I placed that was being shipped with UPS. But I did place an order that never arrived.
If you are in doubt chic, contact the place where
you placed the order and ask about it, or ask who
they use as a carrier, don't reply to the email.
I have had several emails, over the past few months,
supposedly from carriers, including UPS, luckily for
me, I had no missing deliveries, but I would still have
treated them with caution.
One way to check, is to read the email address from
the sender, then if there is a button or a place that you
are supposed to click, just hover your "Mouse Cursor",
over that area and look at the bottom left of your screen,
that will show you where any reply will be going to, it is
usually different if it is a scam.
Never ever click a dodgy or suspect email.
Mike.
