I have officially been released from PT.....

No more visits needed as I have pretty much achieved all the goals they set for me. Just have a bunch of exercises to do at home. They even got me back to doing some walking with a cane. Though I will not go back to it full time. PLus, I have walked more around my apartment with no cane or walker. at all

Do you feel like it helped you? I just started physical therapy for my cervical spine stenosis. Guess what he starts with, stretching, I have been doing that at home for years. Neuro doc had me doing these for years because of my migraines.

I just wonder if this is just a way for the ortho to make money. I learned that this physical therapy practice is partially owned by the ortho docs I see. Makes you skeptical. there were all older folks there, however, when I go to the ortho practice they have many young patients, a lot just teenagers from sport injuries. Surely they would need PT as well.

@Blessed Yes, I do feel it helped me. My balance seems better, and I can free walk a bit again...meaning without cane or walker. Best thing to remember is to do any at home exercises they give you, Helped me. I will still always need a cane or walker, but I feel a lot better
