Omg!!! The leaves are changing!!!

I happened to glance at my trees, the leaves are starting to change. I swear somebody stole summer. It just can't be this late in the year. Either I'm getting a lot slower, or time is getting faster. What happened to the year?

PS, I guess now it gets greener in OZ?

The tree outside my bedroom window had it's leaves turn brown on one long branch since July and have since fell off completely.

I am depressed. It gets dark so early too. Totally dark 8 pm last night.

People are up in arms in the media today because one of our leading supermarkets has filled a whole aisle with Christmas food !!

Some of the Maple trees have shed some leaves because of it being so dry, but everything else is still green.

Still very green here. With the heat and sun and rain we've had I expect Fall to be delayed. Hopefully this also means things like big, crispy, juicy apples this year.

It might be something local in your area, Fuzzy. Mine seem to be as green as ever, and I've only had a handful fall in the last three weeks

Hi Fuzzybuddy: Some trees are starting to change already here too Sierra Valley is beautiful though....summer is still hot here supposed to be in the high 80s until the middle of September. Last year, it went from hot to cold right away sometimes we don't have an Autumn. Time seems to be going faster, I know what you mean, Merry Christmas, right? I am looking FW to the holidays. Hugs you guys!

some yellowing of the foliage....too soon for me.....

Send those apples when ready. I broke down and bought a few yesterday. I know they're likely from storage. We will start to get NC mountain apples soon. Nothing like a fresh apple.

My maple tree started shedding leaves in early August but some are still green. The tree is healthy according to the tree service that comes around to check the trees. It must be the weather that keeps changing.
