10 things in your home you cannot live without..

Imagine your house has been comletely cleared of all itss contents.

You're allowed to only have 10 items, of any size back into your home...

aside from food, clothing and medication... what are the 10 items you believe you could not live without ?

Holly, you've nailed me. But beds, stoves or tables and other things are quite essential for everyone's life, thus not worth mentioning. But if you mean things which are not vital, it always would be books.

We didn't have a TV set for seven years. What did we do in the evening? We read books.

No George I meant literally..your house has een emptied of everything apart from food, medication, and clothing...

Most of us think we need everything around us.. but if we had a choice of ony 10 items, we soon discover exactly what is most important to each of us as individuals..
 
Mine would be..

1. Bed.. because I could use it as a sofa as well
2. Computer... I can get my music from that and TV
3. fridge/freezer...
4. Airfryer
5. kettle
6. Washing Machine
7. Dryer
8. heater
9. Wardrobes
10. Rugs

yes I think we all would want more than 10.. but for the sake of fun.. it's interesting to see just what we think we would need to be able to live quite comfortably, with just 10 items..:D
 
Food
Futon
Sleeping bag
Shower (Provides water, clean body, wash clothes[although not on the list])
Stove
Cooking pot (Also used as a bowl)
Spork multitool
Frig
Toilet
Cell Phone (Emails, read, entertainment, shopping)

Going to be a lot of naked people without clothes 😏
 
The question was "aside from food, clothing and medication... what are the 10 items you believe you could not live without, which means you would die without them. But, in this scenario, you already have everything you need to survive - food, shelter, clothing, medication.

You really don't need furniture. No chairs or sofa or bed? Sit and sleep on the floor.
You really don't need heating or blankets. Sleep in your winter coat (I've done this when the heating was not working for a couple days.)
You really don't need a stove or refrigerator. A lot of food can be eaten raw and does not refrigeration. Or you could make a fire somewhere.
You really don't need electronics - phone, computer, etc. Our ancestors lived without such things for many thousands of years.
And so on.

So, other than the food, shelter, clothing, and medications that I would already have, there is nothing I could not live without.

A toilet with paperless seat.
A queen sized bed with a quality mattress.
Stove/range combo.
Microwave
Wifi + laptop
Table + 2 chairs
Couch + recliner
2 each: mug, bowls, plates, place settings
Lights.
Washer/dryer combo

It was tough getting down to just ten!

you're a cheeky one.. sneaking 2 chairs in with a table... a recliner in with a sofa.... ...lol...:D
