You'll not believe this... it seems the ineptitude doesn't only lie wth the NHS these days.
The item I went to collect from the store, which was ''lost in their sytsem''.. I called their Customer services team, and spoke for once to a person who seemed to know what she was talking about, and she apologised for it being lost and said that the only thing I could do was to cancel the order as I'd not be able to drive for the next few weeks to go and collect, and they could only hold it for 5 days.
...When I got home, I ordered it again but this time to come to the house even tho' it meant paying a high postage cost. A little later I got a email from the woman I spoke to apologising again for them dropping the ball...
...and now... I've just had an email telling me they've sent my latest order to the store in the next county !
