5: AM - I slept 6 hours and 17 minutes. Actual sleep time was 6 hours and 3 minutes. Sleep score was good = 76. Sleep time was 6 hours and 17 minutes, physical recovery = 94%, restfulness = 97%, mental recovery = 59%, sleep cycles = 1 time. Sleep stages: awake = 14 minutes, REM = 34 minutes, light = 3 hours and 49 minutes and deep = 1 hour and 40 minutes. Lowest oxygen level during sleep was 79%. Sleep skin temperature was 91.7 F to 95.7 F. Average heart rate was 54 bpm. Average respiratory rate was 17.1 times per minute.

6: AM - My weight was 161.4 = 26.1 BMI.

6: AM - My blood pressure before breakfast was 127/64 with a pulse of 80 bpm.

9: AM - I applied Royal Oils to the back of my head and neck.

10: AM - I took 3 glasses of juice with 1 Senna Plus tablet and 81 mg of aspirin.

11: AM - On my 1st walking workout for the day inside my house I reached 2,355 steps = 1.11 miles. I walked for 20 minutes and used 1,819 steps to reach 0.60 miles. My average speed was 1.8 mph. My average heart rate was 81 bpm and my maximum was 93 bpm.

11: AM - I lifted my 2 one pound weights 10 times.

11: AM - I laid my neck on the Rest Cloud for 10 minutes.

2: PM - I took 3 glasses of juice.

2: PM - On my 2nd walking workout for the day inside my house I reached 4,658 steps = 2.21 miles. I walked for 20 minutes and used 1,896 steps to reach 0.51 miles. My average speed was 1.5 mph. My average heart rate was 81 bpm and my maximum was 95 bpm.

2: PM - I lifted my 2 one pound weights 10 times.

2: PM - I laid my neck on the Rest Cloud for 10 minutes.

2: PM - I started to play Civilization VI.

4: PM - I stopped playing Civilization VI.

4: PM - I closed all programs except for Snagit and restarted my PC.

4: PM - I took 2 glasses of juice with 1 Senna Plus tablet and my vitamins.

6: PM - I started to play Civilization VI.

8: PM - I stopped playing Civilization VI.

8: PM - I walked steps = miles.

8: PM - I went into bed for the night.

Mitch, I got out of breath just reading about your regimen!..:) You're an inspiration to others.
 

I have no recommendations for anyone reaching age 90 … just keep doing what you're doing! … apparently it’s working.
