You're welcome for the earworm. :ROFLMAO: I wasn't sure where to post this, so feel free to move this, mods.

My DH & I were introduced to Mexican Dominoes last year and have since became great fans. We play a few times a week. We also have a nice wooden Scrabble board. Yahtzee is another favorite. And of course, cards.

What sort of games do you enjoy playing?
 

I used to see Puerto Rican people (usually older men) playing dominoes on the streets of New York City, outside of their apartment houses during summertime. I never could understand the interest in it.

Regular domoinoes I dislike immensely. So when Mexican Train dominoes was brought up.... I wasn't overly excited. Turns out - I was wrong! :)

This would lead one to believe that you dislike all other games. Therefor you are misleading and misrepresenting and a whole other slew of mis'es. :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:
 
We play poker with a 6 deck shoe. 3 & 2 card Guts even 7 Card Guts. That creates emphatic comments too!
It's unknown not to have lots of wild cards. 7 card can get Jokers, duces, 3's 4's & 5's wild. Very intense.

5 card Poker can have lots of wild cards too but don't cheat! Those heavy metal chips hurt.

Bullshit is the family game when the Kids come to dinner. You claim what you have in your hand and the next
around the table can claim Bullshit. Win or loose. Draw another card.

Family life can be very intense.

Growing up we kids lined up the dominos and then knocked em over. Spent hours at that. Still have Sets for grandkids to play with. They
seem to like other stuff though. Read to me! Mom and Dad played Hearts or Canasta / Gin Rummy too. I like Euchre the best. Played
Pinochle with the neighbor brothers at their place when visiting in bad weather. Checkers were the game at school. Girls liked Kings.
Chess always seemed just to long a game and I just gave up on it. Reading Books became my go too until I needed Bifocals.

Ohhh. I didnā€™t mean that itā€™s the only game we are interested in. I meant to say itā€™s the only game we currently play. My husband isnā€™t that fond of game playing.
 
My husband, adult son and I like to play Rummy 500 together.

And husband and I play Animal Crossing on our individual consoles. So does boyfriend who bought me the game in the first place.

I like time management games on the PC and husband plays first person shooter games like, The Last of Us and Unchartered on PS4.

I used to play Words With Friends (Scrabble), but all the ads get tedious after a while.

I like Rummy, never played 500 though. I'm the same with Word With Friends. Too many ads.
 
I used to be big on playing cards, now it's flight simulators. I have tons of them, combat mostly. I would like to have one of those $5,000.00 ones I seen around.
 
We've been playing Mexican Train Dominoes for years. It can be great fun but really needs more than two players. With just the two of us it's typically Gin Rummy, or sometimes Farkle (look it up). Both are fast and easy. :)
