Wow, those plants sound great. I bet you will enjoy eating them! I love home grown things. I'm sorry you are having trouble with your balance. Do you know what is causing that?I completely agree with this ! I take vitamin D (along with my other supplements year around, but when the weather is acceptable, I also love to be outside and soak up real sunshine Vitamin D full spectrum.
I have always had at least a small garden, but now that my balance is not that good, and our yard is nowhere near a level place to walk, I have decided not to plant a garden this year.
I still will have the flowers and berries to take care of and that is enough for me now. I enjoy going to the farmers market and will get my garden fresh tomatoes and veggies from there this year.
We have had a lot of rain this spring, and all the roses and irises are blooming.
There are blossoms and tiny berries on the blueberries, blackberries, and both the red and black raspberries; so we should have berries this year if I can keep the birds and squirrels away.
This is the black raspberry bush.

My balance goes out of whack sometimes and I believe it's from a medicine that I take.
We have some good farmers markets here. One of these days I will ask someone to take me to one.
