Wearing a company's symbol on your purchase

I do. I also think some customers see logos like the Gucci or Luis Vuitton ones as a status symbol of sorts.
when companies realised that people were not only happy to wear or carry things advertising their name, but they would be actively willing to pay extra money for it... they must have thought they'd died and gone to heaven...

I will usually buy a 10 t-shirt offer. About $85 but good quality. They do have logos or pictures, but some may say "0 days without sarcasm" or the "Tool Time" show brand. One time got 5 with stunning artwork and accidently gave them away

I was so angry....

I refuse to wear clothes advertising the makers of the garments.

I once asked a shop assistant if they had any mens clothes without advertising on them.
She told me that all clothes have the makers emblems displayed now.

It looks like I'll soon be walking about naked. 😊

It is difficult to avoid labels on sportwear. Even LL Bean started to put a larger logo on their clothing several years ago. Customers did not approve of it but they continue to do it.
I am not into labels. I am used to see them on sportwear, so it does not seem to bother me.
When I was young and working I would buy Chanel eye makeup as well as their lipstick. Not because of the brand but because of the beautiful colors! Now, I cannot stand seeing their enormous brand sign on earrings, or necklaces. It looks so tacky!

I don't mind carrying any article with advertising on it if it was given to me for nothing. I use a polyester bag which has advertising for a Society of Funeral Directors on it, it was part of a giveaway sample bag, I am quite happy to display their ad ( I know some people turn the bags inside out)

As for advertising on clothing - I never buy overpriced clothing anyway, my $4.50 T shirts from Big W definitely don't have a logo on them.

Yes, I have a few free things from charitable organizations the VA hands out. I even put a Roku decal on one tv. But clothes...... Never.
