Glorious, glorious day....🌞🌞🌞 it's 12 noon, I've just got back from seeing my friend... and I had to pick up some stuff to take with me when I go shortly to do the shopping....

I'm waiting for my DD to call in a few minutes, she always calls on the landline because I never hear my mobile when I'm out...then I need to go and do some grocery shopping... and a couple of other things...

Have a good day peeps... 🌺🌺

very hyper this morning. was up at 2 am. had coffee and eggs. went outside sat on swing very quiet and peaceful. did some crosswords. then went for bike ride on the green way trail. Just before sunrise. very nice .rode for an hour. I actually have better balance on the bike than walking.

Morning all, on my early walk at 6:45, temp was 70,bit humid, sun shining as I walked across the street to buy local paper for myself& friend Connie
Yesterday afternoon, around 5:15 I walked to/from3 blocks{ 15 min} to the apt complex where I used to live, Tudor Plaza for our annual summer party held in the back of our beautiful garden As usual it was a perfect evening for the party, with food, didn't have anything, stayed for about an hr. It was great to see& talk with familiar residents, but truly miss sitting in that garden, here at Gates we have small areas of flowers/plants
This morning,my friend Mary picking me up at 9:30 for our 'road trip' to Target,we didn't; see each other last week, she had family in town for JUly 4th weekend
The rest of my day take afternoon walk before the rain arrives, having my weekly dinner get together at 5:30 in dining room with Connie & the guys

Last night I wasn't sure of today's plan. It turns out that I have a little bit of online time, before we need to leave.

First stop is dentist. Then gym. Then Dio will drop me off at the eye doctor's office where I'll meet up with my Mom. She is having those plugs installed in her eyes today. After that, I'll see if she needs anything from the little store.....and then home! It's going to be another long, and busy day.

Goober wasn't feeling well last night. Poor guy couldn't tell me what was wrong. I felt so bad for him. πŸ™ He's better today. He rubbed on my ankles, played a bit, he even ate well....VERY well!

Warm this morning, but quite a lot of cloud making it feel oppressive. Started to tidy up the summer house which had become the repository of things that wouldn't fit into the potting shed. Looks like another drive to the tip will be needed soon.
In the polytunnel, our tomatoes, courgettes and french beans are ripening beautifully. At this time of year we start to get toads living in the pollytunnel and under the hedging. I'm not sure where they come from as the nearest water is at the other end of the village.

Talking of water, I must set up the sprinkler to give the vegetables a drink.

Hot again today with a better chance of rain than the past couple of days. Flowers have been watered, laundry started. Nothing left to do except shift laundry to the dryer and start the second load. Oh...and fold it all when it's done. YawnπŸ₯±

@Trila Plugs? What did I miss and what are "plugs"? As for Goober (and any other pets that anybody has), it hurts when pets are unwell and don't speak English. The only way I can tell when Maggiecat doesn't feel up to par is watching to see if/how much she eats.

Good morning. Nice outside this morning. Yesterday it started raining with thunder and rained all afternoon. I went to the store with the rain coming down and it was a little scary driving home. People drive so fast here and if I wait too long to turn a corner, they honk. I am more cautious, I guess. I do not like driving out of a store with traffic coming toward me. :(

I hope you all have a good day.:)

Good morning and happy Thursday, July 10th! Hope you are all having a great day.

Yesterday morning I got wired up with the 24 hour EKG Holter test. When I held him, baby grandson didn't know what to make of all the wires and small computer on my chest. I'll be glad to take it off in 2 hours and 9 minutes (but who's counting?). It can be returned to the cardiology office anytime today.

Otherwise, my life will pretty much be lather, rinse, repeat of the last 3 days.

I've been stuck in front of my computer,,just because I can.

Yesterday wasn't bad but hubby's driving made me nervous.

Any way he got both his EMG done in one day.
Than it was rush, here,,there,,, lets go there next.

He had a load of fire wood to deliver,,,,,,,I stayed home.
Pared some slightly ripe ones fro his breakfast.

He was wore out,, even got up this morning ,, had a nap.
I better go check on him as he was talking about handling more wood!

Hope every stays cool.

~Practiced then recorded ideas to add to HS#3’s new song, then practiced what I intend to add to a couple of my compositions.

~Did some digital cleaning; deleted several promotional emails and some photos from my Google account.

~Watched a couple of tutorials for the new Studio One digital music production program that my son bought for me.

This morning's medical appointment was to have been the last one of many for the week. Monday started out with an 18 hour nose bleed and an overnight visit to the ER. It lessened around 8 AM Tuesday and they sent me home in time for a physical therapy session. No sleep at all. It began bleeding heavily again around noon and I went to my 2 o'clock cardiology appointment with nostrils stuffed with oozing tissue. Too many blood thinners I guess. I picked up a nasal spray medication and things cleared up around 6 PM. Was so thankful that I didn't have to return to the ER as they had requested.

Wednesday was more physical therapy plus an appointment with my PCP. Thursday I had an early morning appointment with gastroenterology. Then a visiting nurse house call to check on me after the ER incident. By the time I got my new meds it was 7PM and time to come home and make tacos which I did.

Earlier in the week I slept in a chair to control nose bleed. The awkward position put too much pressure on my left hip and it hurts. I am hoping for a lazy Friday with books and naps and kitties to feed on the porch.

My goodness, you've really had a time of it this week, haven't you?
I hope your weekend is calm and restful.

Blood pressure and drugs + all the other things. A nosebleed Truely sux. Finger crossed.
My Grandmother had those. Very unhappy too. My wife occasionally has one. So far
I/m ok. Fingers crossed here.

Pretty sure allergies mess with us this time of year too.

This was my first nose bleed. I have had two or three GI bleeds which were no fun either. The blood thinners have been blamed but the cardiologists insist i need them to prevent clotting around the heart. I had a Watchman installed in my heart and after 90 days can discontinue Xarelto which should help.
