Ever date or marry a twin?

I dated an identical twin at one time. He was having a BBQ at his house and I was meeting his family for the first time.
The house was packed with people I had not met yet so it was daunting a bit.
I came out of the kitchen into the living room and all the seats were taken. Yep I did it!
I sat on the wrong twins lap

I didn't realize I had married a man with an identical twin that lived with us, until two years ago when my eyes went wonky and I started seeing double. Thankfully the eye doc fixed the problem. :sneaky:
My sister-in-law was shocked to discover she was pregnant. Having not seen a period for two years she thought all that was behind her.
But when the midwife said: "Push again, it's twins," she replied: "I only wanted one." They were known as mirror twins, it means that in the womb only one heartbeat can be heard.
That shock is now shared. We have been invited to one of those twin's daughter's 30th birthday party. Hell's bells, where did the years go?

Well no, never, but....I had two very good friends who were identical twins. I remember being in a restaurant and ordering some drinks before our meal, and having to take about 5 minutes for the waitress to understand that while one twin had their ID the other didn't they were legal, they were IDENTICAL TWINS!

No, but I wanted to. My good friend has a brother and sister who are twins, I've always liked his sister and when I got divorced we chummed around a bit. I soon realized my buddy and his sister didn't have a great relationship so I backed off, bros before hoes.

My DIL at the time sort of did the same. She asked me what was Gary's birthday then promptly asked So then when is Larry's?

Yes, we were going out on a date
and when he came to the house
He was sitting in the L .R. Chair
waiting for mhe to come downstairs
thought he'd fool me
I saw right away it was his twin, a slight difference..in the face.

My wife married an identical twin. Thought it was cool at first but realized that is an inner circle that not even a spouse may share. (He was an idiot with anger issues.). They were married 14 years while my ex and I only made it three. But now Lia and I will have been married 42 years next month so we are kings of that hill.
