Good morning @Kaila and all. It's a bit of a blustery start to the day but at least it's dry and, according to forecast, no rain predicted,. That's good because I have to go out in an hour or so for my dental appointents. @PeppermintPatty - would you please save my piece of cake (if there's any left that is ;)) until after I've been to the dentist. 😁
 

Good morning Kaila and friends,
Just wanted to wish everyone a great day.
I am lying in bed watching a documentary with Elliot. (It is too cold to move and start my day!😁)
I was having a nice and peaceful time until Elsa decides it is time to shake up things. She plants herself right in the middle of the screen and refuses to move, lol!

I know that dental work is something you most dislike doing.
Oh, I just remembered that you are sitting through the both of them, this time. It's a lot to sit through, I found when I did that, but it saves you from having to go there, twice.

I hope that you'll feel a sense of accomplishment, afterwards. 👍

If not, then just the feeling of relief that it's behind you, will be enough. 😉😊🥰

Thank you, and I realize more truth to it today, as I read your post.
Back then, I was isolated and afraid. I didn't feel brave, nor did I see myself as strong at all, in any way.

Yes, I did have strength, and yes, these people here, did walk with me, which has made a world of difference.
 
Good Afternoon, Kaila and Friends 🤗 :coffee: ❤️

It's a bit warmer today. Yay! I was just outside putting another chunk of suet on the feeder and it was downright balmy. Snow is melting! Go away, snow.

My day unfolds in the usual way; husband is off today and still feeling a bit under the weather, but not too bad, overall. We watched two of three periods of a hockey game last night and will catch up tonight.

I am now hanging out with boyfriend, playing Animal Crossing, watching a show on Netflix (Soulmate) and chatting with the best peeps on the net here in Kaila's wonderful thread. 🤗

@Kaila, you are an inspiration, girl. ❤️

@Rossana, Elsa is a beautiful cat! She looks so regal up there.

Good afternoon @Kaila and co. Rocco has gone home so I've now got time to myself. Placed my shopping order which will be delivered in the morning. Sorted out a walker for my friend to pick up for her husband. She was going to get it a couple of weeks ago but we both forgot when she came round, too busy chatting. Oops. However, he is going in hospital next week for an op so the walker will be needed for when he comes out.

They've decided to borrow the one with wheels which has a little tray and bag on the front. I've emptied it all out and cleaned it. Found dog bags/dog treats and a 50 pence piece. 🤣

Youngest son popped round en route to work to drop off my prescription, so that's another task off the list.

Love that squirrel @RadishRose 😂😂

The day is going well here, so far. It's still above freezing today so maybe a bit more of the snow will melt (and never come back. I can dream.).

Husband is working a closing shift today and tomorrow, which I don't like because he still has a bit of a cough, poor guy. :/

Tonight I am planning on watching a hockey game with boyfriend --he'll be keeping me company over whatsapp, I mean. It's not a game featuring my team, but one I want to see because I like one of the teams and it would help our team if the opposing team in this game lost. That made sense, right? 🤨 There's a good chance of this happening because the team I like is at the top of the standing right now.

Anyway, it looks to be a good match up and as husband and I will have a few of our team's games backed up by Friday, he's happy for me to watch this one without him.

I am working on Valentines school exchange cards I want to get into the mail, watching Netflix and playing Animal Crossing. I'm visiting the clothes island, collecting all the clothes I want. :) That's one of the parts of the game I enjoy, the fashion. :)_

@Kaila, "Bolstered" sounds good! :)
