This doctor said it should be at least 3 - 6 days before I start feeling better. I feel okay when I sit out in the sun to soak up the
warmth. Sleeping is impossible and wake every few minutes to have a big cough. I am seeing the doctor to get the results of my chest X-ray, hope it's no too bad.
 
I was just rereading the posts, and I just noticed for the first time;

it isn't switch....it's twitch !

Of course you know that. 🙃😄

But i repeatedly pronounced it in my head, as switch and always thought it was switch ....
Finally, suddenly realized, that you wrote twitch.

Morning everyone.

We got a thunderstorm last night with high winds and quarter sized hail. I ended up shutting my gaming stuff down and did a little reading and went to bed. I am having my coffee and waiting for a few things from Walmart. I hafta clean my cpap equipment today. Other than that...nothing on the agenda except a good time. 😁 Too bad I hafta go back to work on Tuesday.

So I played a couple games of Black Ops 7 and didn't like it. So I'm going back to playing Warzone. It's disappointing since that game was $70 on sale. The people on Twitch only play Call of Duty most of them and they play for several hours a day. That's why they're so good. I want to play more but a lot of times when I get off work I'm too drained.

My streamer is going away for the week on some trip. I'm going back to work so I won't be on Twitch much. I have a second fella I am modding for as needed of his other mods aren't around.

I started an actual large print book by James Patterson & Dolly Parton called Run Rose Run last night. I'm looking through the Books-A-Million website for books to add to my wishlist.

Sometimes I check in here, but don't have much to say. I'm a quiet person by nature.

I go thru and post a little here and there, and when I click on Like(y), Hugs 🤗, Haha 🤣etc ... it's because I want people to know I read their post.

If I have zero interest in a topic, I skip that thread.

I look for notifications, but I have missed them... I do the best I can.

I don't come here for stress, and certainly not to make anyone feel bad about anything.

I hope you are doing well, and sorry for your frustrations.
 
Yeah, I'm doin ok @CaliS. I just got done with lunch and I'm about to dig out my Chomps jerky and try it. Then I'm gonna hop on the Xbox and play some games.
 
The Chomps jerky was disgusting. I made dinner and I'm watching a little tv. Thinking about playing some more video games. But IDK. I'll see how I feel.

Watchin tv and relaxin. Go back to work tomorrow.
 
We have rain that started between 4:30 & 5. We've had a little thunder & lightening, but no strong winds. It wasn't until I was getting gas on the way home did the wind pick up just enough to blow the rain under the awning over the pumps. I went straight home to get the horses in & the rain picked up & then they decided to stand under a tree so I had to go out & get them. By that time I was soaked.

It's still raining steady with a little bit of thunder now & then. I'm glad we are getting rain because we needed it. I thinks it's time for some hot tea & find something to watch on TV.
 
Morning friends.

I ended up taking a couple melatonin and having a cup of sleepy time tea and going to bed early last night. I had watched some tv and played some Fortnite. I seem to do better in Fortnite by myself. I played on 3 or 4 squads (team of 4) and I just kept gettin left to twist in the wind. They don't use voice chat so there's no communication. They hog all the loot so I end up with no way to defend myself and no heals (aka med packs and such). They defend and revive and reboot each other. And again I'm left to twist in the wind.

I place better in matches by myself. Last night when I got left with no ammo and no heals I found a car and followed the team because a car pretty much announces where they are. I could see them talking to each other probably on Discord cuz they weren't in game chat. They were probably mad. I made sure the other teams heard them. Then I just parked the car and sat there and watched them get killed. LOL! I didn't reboot anyone. I took a couple members of the other team out with the car before dying myself.

It's back to work today. Hand hurts a little less. I will probably hop off here and play some Fortnite solos before work. The first of May a new girl will be moving in next door. I pray she won't be a noisy neighbor. *fingers crossed* It was nice to have a few days off.

I'm back for a little bit. I had fun. I played two solo matches of Fortnite and got one kill and took 5th in the 2nd match. I also played a little Stardew Valley and Cozy Grove. I wore my braces on my fingers cuz I tend to grip the controller pretty fiercely when playing Fortnite. LOL!

I think the new director is gonna start getting with us one on one to get to know us. Not sure about that. But we'll see. Hopefully today will be a good day.

In just a few more days the dayshift lady I can't stand will be retiring. Thank God! She took everything with her out of the closet. Not sure if it was all hers from home or not. Some it I don't even know why she needs it. She has to be the pettiest person I've ever worked with. Won't miss her. Once she's gone I'm liberating the closet so everyone can use it. We'll share the cart & all the products on the shelves. There's no sense in being pissy about sharing things in a closet that's for everyone.
 
It's always a breath of fresh air when someone retires or moves on to something else who has been a pain in the a$$. Hopefully things will lighten up & whoever replaces her will be nicer.

We ended up with 1 1/4" rain that lasted into the night. The weather radio kept going off with thunderstorm warnings, but nothing bad happened. The wind we had, which wasn't that bad, was between rain bands that moved through. We may get some more rain starting sometime early tomorrow morning & I'm not sure who long it will last. At least we have had a break for it to soak into the ground before
more comes.
 
Man these nurses are rude. There's been a guy here that's supposed to be working with them on blood cultures and they supposedly haven't done any all day.

He's been here since 1 this afternoon. It's after 10 now. He's been sitting here all day for nothing. They wasted his entire day.

There's no way in hell they haven't done blood cultures cuz they do them on everyone.

Totally rude.
 
morning. i am totally frustrated with fortnite. i might just play save the world and some of the other games that don't involve other players on there. i can play stw in solo mode. i was playing farm life on there before. there's a prop hunt game in there i think. there's other stuff in there so i might just check the creative games library inside fortnite.

i work today and i'm off tomorrow. then i work fri, sat, & sun.
i got some gluten free bagels and they look more like donuts. and they're pretty tough to chew. i had a little brief conversation last night with the new director when i was going to supper. i sure hope he'll be good for us.
