Just a quick hello... got the hairdresser coming very soon, having a trim before she goes on holiday. I had a very lazy day yesterday, sore shoulder and back and as son is away (work) I didn't go to his house last night. So, I took literally just sat and watched tele and rested. :cool:

I hope everyone that has been 'under the weather' is feeling much better. 🫂 to you all.Logging off now, will catch up later.

I am on a bit early today cause I'm watching the Ipswich Town game with boyfriend later. If they win this one they will automatically advance to the Premier League. Boyfriend is from Ipswich so they're the other team he loves.

I LOVE biscotti. Yummm. When I had my own baking business I made 4 different flavours and they tasted great with coffee. What a lovely breakfast. Your coffee and baked goods pictures always have me 🤤 drooling! Lol 😝

Edit: I didn’t make 4 dozen types. 🤦‍♀️

I had my regular p.t., today, back with my Physical therapist I've had for over a year, now.

We re-evaluated how the aquatic pool therapy is going, which is that it's too difficult and having poor results. 🫤
We decided to try it a couple more times, hoping it could be adjusted.

We also did a regular p.t. activity there today, that was challenging but one that i could succeed at it.

I got home worn out, but took a couple photos in the yard, before I came indoors.
 
Good morning to each one of you, today.

Whew, I've made it to today.
Yesterday felt overwhelming at times, and an unexpected evening upset led to thorough exhaustion and discouraged, by bedtime.
He then slept, thankfully; it took a while longer, for me to quiet my mind, to go to sleep.

The night went okay, and This morning went better. Whew.

I'm thinking back to the p.t.exercise that i was able to successfully complete, yesterday.
I long to be more able than I am;
and, yet I feel extremely grateful for what I  can manage to do.
 
Good evening all. So sorry that your pool therapy is proving difficult. @Kaila.:( I sincerely hope the regular physio helps you. 🫂 On a brighter note, your daffodils look beautiful and those tulips are going to give you a good show too by the look of them!

Had my hair trimmed yesterday, I look more presentable now. 💇‍♀️ Weather has been really nice of late, plenty of sunshine, just slightly spoilt by a coolish breeze today. Not that it matters, because apart from taking Rocco for walks, I've been glued to the tele watching the snooker. It's the world championship and the final will be over the weekend. So normal service will be resumed next week. 😉
