Must now log in to read only.

Always I have been able to come to this site and read only without logging in. This morning, the main page shows as normal but in order to read any posts, I must log in. The What's New and New Posts show "No results available". Huh?

After seeing your post, I logged out, then tried and could read no posts, just as you described. Maybe it's a temporary system glitch, but if it is an intentional permanent change, visitors will find no reason to visit the site.

I too have the same problem.
The front page does not show the posts.
Also I can not see the posts on my phone unless I go to the threads.
Had a hard time loading images.
And the forum seems to load everything slower.
So it must be the forum.

Maybe members are encouraged to sign in.

I hope its just a glitch, I sometimes send non members to a particular thread or individual post of interest rather than copying and emailing .......

Some sites allow you to open and see the topics, but you can’t read any further. It’s a fine balance for admin to make.

"New blood" is a necessity for forums. I think it would cut down on new members if they couldn't browse around first before joining.
