You can spend time online and slowly sift through people. In my experience, you have to go through 20 or even 50 people to find one decent person.

I wish it were not that way, but that is the way I have experienced it.

internet is really a sewer. Something like 80% of the "people" online are fake identities. It is really highly, highly advisable to only interact online with people that you previously know from the real world.
