Am I too old to learn technology?

I am writing this because I'm sure there are many, like me, who got left behind in the computer/technology age. I had joined this forum to try to get some info (and have gotten some great information BTW). I've always hated computers and I especially hate "smart" phones - (but phones are...

    Computer tips

I must say I agree with you Tony, I guess it mainly depends on if you use MS products at work or if you're a casual user, that would be my opinion with my very limited experience/knowledge, but it was good learning spreadsheets (or beginning to learn), I'm still learning, the site has a lot of...

    Computer tips

Well, I felt the need to share this: I started learning spreadsheets last night (I never was one to start anything at the beginning :-), even learned how to create a formula (kinda), not sure if I'll ever use the newly acquired skill, but it's been fun to learn. I was talking to a friend...

22 people in my family got it at Christmas - fortunately, all survived!

And, we all know it was a stupid thing to do, but we're from Oklahoma and we're not about to stop living :) ... but I guess once you've had it (as long as you survive it) it's no longer something to be feared, we still wear masks when we're around others, but not when we're around each other.

22 people in my family got it at Christmas - fortunately, all survived!

I have 4 brothers and 3 sisters, 16 nieces and nephews (all grown with families) and a slew of great-nieces/nephews, most showed up, pretty much all the adults who showed up caught it.

22 people in my family got it at Christmas - fortunately, all survived!

Pretty much my entire family caught Covid at Christmas (Superspreader event), 22 people in my family got it, including my parents, fortunately eveyone survived! We all knew we were taking a risk but my mom wouldn't hear of skipping Christmas, its the one time of the year we all get together...
