Debodun, I understand what you are talking about. Last Dec. I was going up some stairs and heard a loud pop in my hip flexor and felt warmth flow from my inner thigh down to my foot. I couldn't walk on that leg all night but the next day it was much better. I took it easy for a couple weeks...
My resolution is to make a list of daily things that I want to do but keep forgetting. Like: stretch legs, neck stretch, brush cat, etc. Can't think of what else right now but it's simple things that I just forget about. And of course the usual exercise consistently.
I use the free Snug app and I love it! If I don't check in everyday it sends my sister a message and she knows to come check on me. I was worried too if something happened because I have a cat that would need to be taken care of.
