    I'm 87. I have yet to hear anyone say out and aboot. One difference for me is we say "I am finished". Americans say "I am done".My family doesn't pronounce words like the Kennedys. I don't detect any accent.

    No. Because two states. California and New York would elect the president every year. That's why the the Founding Fathers wanted the states to be involved in the selection of the president no matter how small the state would have a say.
