Hi , I know I've asked about this before , but I am scheduled for a consult and a surgery date in the next few weeks for a hernia. It has me concerned because there is some discomfort in my groin. how do you know when it becomes an emergency? Thanks.

yes forget it . my doc says I don't need it. anybody here ever have hernia robotic surgery? I can set this now that they are doing surgeries again.

Hi guys; men ,that is. any of you guys ever have this done for an enlarged prostate? My Dr recommended it because I need Hernia surgery . The last hemmroid surgery I had ; I needed a catheter for 3 weeks. I don't want a cath again for that long ever again!! Any advice? Positive please ?

Hi ; does anyone here still take ibuprofen ? i do; sometimes , but I know after 65 we shouldn't.Most times I'll occsionally take tylenol,but I feel ibuprofen works better.

Hi ; today is feb 26 . had my hemmroid surgery on the 13th. I did have a cath put in the ER two nights after surgery because my bladder was not draining. [fast forward to today] went to urology doc , they removed it ,sent me home for a "void test". I thought I was peeing" ok" until I went back...

well its been a week and a few days. healing but still get get some muscle spasms once in a awhile. Ibuprufen ok to take at this age ? I 've been told to stay away from them in your 60's.
