Thanks for the advice. I hope I have enough good Karma left to get the help when I need it.

I'm recently semi-disabled and I am having trouble asking for help. There are many things that I can no longer do and I put them off by not asking for help. I feel like I'm a bother when I do ask for help. How does one deal with the conflict of needing help but dreading asking?
