Your father-n-law must have had some really good sex..lol Retirement is good unless you realize that your excuse for not doing things is totally gone. If you can bring yourself to say no once in a while then you will be able to enjoy your retirement more.

A great first baseman and can hit home runs...can't ask for more than that. I get a little heat because I'm in IL and I'm not a long time Cubs fan. The Cubs don't win as often as the Cardinals do. The Cards have 11 series wins and the Cubs 3. I think I can be both a Cubs fan and a Cardinal fan.(y)

Oh my we are neighbors, then it's probably very warm where you are today. Enjoy a little a/c if for nothing else to remove the humidity. We have air you can wear.

Thank you all for the warm welcome. I had not planned on retiring early but a snowy accident on my way to work very early in the morning confirmed that it was time. My employer wasn't very understanding when I suggested he call a couple workers that lived in town. I had to drive 20 miles on...

I'm a midwestern gal enjoying retirement. Best part is no early morning alarms. I enjoy sporting events ..St Louis Cardinals is my team for the summer.
