I've normally started my walk by this time but it's been raining cats and dogs for over an hour...radar shows it to be about over so I'll be out there as soon as it lets up. Nothing really planned for the rest of the day but I'm pretty sure mama will be able to come up with something for me to do.

Three cups of coffee drank...check. Daily walk done...check. English muffin eaten...check. Meds and supplements taken...check. Now I'm just waiting on the grass to dry so I can crank up the mower and get mama's yard looking purty.

Started raining hard here about 3:30 this morning and has now slowed down to a light sprinkle....soon as it quits I'm going for my daily walk and afterwards go have the oil changed in my pickup.

Maybe folks were just afraid to go inside the garage....is it painted / decorated like this ?

I'm pretty much booked solid till around noon or so today....being diabetic I've got a routine podiatrist appointment (I go every 90 days) at 8:30 and then because Friday has rolled around again it's time to get mamas yard mowed for her.

Went to the dentist the other day for a routine cleaning and when checking out the gal told me that they had started charging a card fee...didn't see much sense in complaining so I just said, "no problem, do what you gotta do".

Had an older pickup stolen many years ago....reported but never was located. Had three unarmed (as far as I could tell) teens try to rob me in a parking lot a few years ago....pulled my handgun and they scattered like a covey of quail.

Excellent suggestion @PurplePower. May I also suggest for those that don't display the flag 365 (like I do) be sure to remember and honor our fallen warriors by displaying the flag on Memorial Day.

Have got a dental appointment at 9:30 this morning for a routine cleaning so I'm going to start my walk early in a few minutes as soon as it gets light outside.

I don't know about castor oil being good for a persons hair but in my mind I can still taste the nasty stuff from when I was a youngster and my grandmother would give me a big dose if I hadn't gone #2 for a couple of days....it works, made me poop like a goose.
