Great photos! I can’t for the life of me figure out how to post a photo. I’m clicking the GIF icon, but still won’t load a picture. Ok, I got it I think. Gonna post and see if it works. (I’m new 😅)

We are getting used to the California folks … we don’t have a choice. Yes, the influx has driven real estate up significantly. Texas is a nice place to live if you don’t mind the heat. I grew up near D.C., so the heat took some getting used to.
