S04 of 'Star Trek: Strange New Worlds' starts July 23rd. My son bought the first 3 seasons (10 eps each) on 4k Blue-ray. I plan to watch all 30 eps before S04 comes out, have seen 6 so far. To me, it's the best Star Trek since Next Gen and Voyager.
'The Law According to Lidia Poet' on Netflix. S03 was just released, 6eps. I decided to watch S01 and S02 again, also 6eps each, before hitting S03. It's worth watching, even if only for the beautiful clothing! Lidia Poet was the first attorney in Italy, 1883.
No rings or tattoos. I do wear my 40 yr old Rolex every day. It's only off when I'm doing garage or yard work, anything that might damage it. I also leave it at home on days I take my Jeep off-road with my local club.
I'm very looking forward to season 3 of 'Lidia Poet' on Netflix next week (6eps/season). It's a historical story about the first female lawyer in Italy. It's adequately dubbed in English. One of the high points is the costumes, absolutely amazing! If it sounds interesting to you, check out...
I for one like the short seasons, 8 eps is my sweet spot. It allows for: 1) More variety, studios still have to fill a year of entertainment. 2) Better plots spanning the full season. 3) A better cast since they don't have to commit as much time.
