I have 3 or 4 mugs of coffee a day, but I must have cream and stevia sweetner daily. I eat a good deal of fruit each day, focusing on what is in season or best. Right now enjoying cara cara oranges.
Try to eat a fair amount of vegies.
The rest varies for me too.

Yes, there is a shortage of good help across a wide range of services and occupations. At least that is my observation.
As a side note you need to stay cool, but in my neck of the woods we are still trying to stay warm, lol. Only in the last week have I stopped lighting a fire in the woodstove.
I can see value in those "6" foods. I eat them all regularly except Kiwi fruit. I would say I eat a great variety of food, even potato chips and fries, but I do try to moderate those kinds of things. I also have a couple of food weaknesses. I love cheeses. I also adore chocolate and almonds. 😋

I have worn that type of monitor twice now. Yes they really ruffed up my skin with an abrading wipe, then the alcohol one, ouch.
I have premature ventricular complex. Feels like a long pause between beats, then a harder one when it resumes.

I have always dreamt a lot. Now that I am nearly 70, it seems like my dreams have become generally more chaotic, and more difficult to recall when I wake up. Very disapponited in this.
