several years ago I heard a Song that began with the words "You can sing a lie, just as well as you can tell a lie" I remember the Second line of the song "Lean on me" Swallowing your pride means asking for Help when you need it. Most men do not ask for help, for it is a sign of weakness, then the man is homeless or divorced or jailed.
