I’ve been taking pro biotics for years. I didn’t start them fir any specefic problem. I just did a lot of reading about how important the gut biome is. I don’t notice anything different since taking them good or bad. I take Renew Life digestive pro biotic.

I love Downton Abbey!!! My daughter and I watched the whole series and went to the movie theater to see both movies. As a matter of fact, we have just begun watching the series again! We also watch The Guided Age but I don’t think it’s anywhere near as good as Downton.
