Those people are heroes. Sadly,the woman they were trying to save eventually died from her injuries. Sounds like she was a very special lady and nurse, The pilot and a second nurse did survive the crash however.

A solid 20 for me!

We lost two within a week of our 50th reunion as well. Both suddenly and unexpectedly. I went from kindergarten through 12th grade with both of them.

Much better than yesterday! Spent almost all day in the ER with a skin infection due to immunotherapy. Thought I would just get a script for antibiotics but oh no,they wanted IV meds and a CT scan. THEN I got the script. Eight hours later they released me. Much better today though-might just...

Seeing this kind of late but for bone pain after infusions I take Claratin Yes,OTC allergy med. Bone pain is caused by the bones releasing histamine after treatment. Antihistamines solve the problem. I take 1 per day for 5 days prior to treatments and 5 days after.
