Welcome , I am now from Canada (and love it).However I am originally from SoCal, grew up in a beach town. I hope you will enjoy your time with us.

I had a cell phone and never figured it out!!

I think the last time my hometown made national news was when the pier burned down. That was many years ago.

We have a landline phone and that is all. Our son who also lives here has a cell phone, he needs it for his business. If they made cell phones as easy as landline phones to use I would consider a cell phone but until that time I'm sticking to my landline!

For more years than I can count DH drank his coffee black, then in the past few years he uses Splenda in his coffee. He used to drink several cups during the day, now he has just one cup in the morning.

Twice, once when I was about 9 or 10, again later as a 16 or 17 year old. The second time I did it for my grandma, She didn't ask me to, but I knew it would make her happy.

I'd eat it raw as long as it is hot through.

My half sister is 80, she's 5 years younger than I. We don't talk mostly because she doesn't like me, and the feeling is mutual. Her father (no joke)seemed to be retarded, and she isn't much smarter.

Just keep blocking them until they call less and less. We are down to about one call a week now.
