I called one sister and she didn't answer; I'm sure they are working on their yard.
Was watching a live stream high school football game. My heart sank when my g-nephew went down; my other g-nephew reassures me via text that his brother is OK. The other team won; it was a brutal game. Lord have mercy on my Eddy.
I woke up to a 'chilly' day in South Texas. Amazing change for us. It usually gets chilly early December. Scrambling to wash our blankets; they've been in storage too long. Have a great day, my friends. My husband decided to catnap our neighbor's cat yesterday. I had never seen such a hyper cat in my life; she was jumping all over. One time she jumped from the couch to the accent chair where hubby was sitting.
I just wanted to take a moment and say āthank youā to everyone for all of the birthday wishes. It means a lot to me that you all took time from your busy lives to wish me a happy birthday. I feel very blessed to have each and every one of you as my friends.
It's been quite warm here in South Texas lately. I ventured out to make a return at Marshall's; went to Walmart to buy sinus meds; went by Dunkin' Donuts to pick up some treats for the hubby and rushed home. It was sweltering hot and uncomfortable to wear a mask. But, I abide by the law here. Have a great night, everyone.
