    When the imagination becomes truth!

I will guess that most of us are really seniors here ~ in age, anyway! One of my friends is about six months older than me and I have noticed that often he will repeat some of the stories of his life and that is fine because they are usually entertaining. One thing I have noticed is that as...

    Anybody play Chess?

Since I totally was out of my league with the "sports" thread, I figured I'd try with "sit-down" sports! I love playing Chess. My brother went to school with Bobby Fisher at Erasmus High School and could beat him. And so my brother taught me. I don't play often because I can not find a good...

It took me 6 months to take off my watch!

After being in business for so many years and having a daily agenda to keep, when I first retired it was like I was leaving part of my life. I immediately moved to Thailand (20 year plan) and so here I was. I'd get up in the morning, make a cup of coffee and go to notepad on the pc or just a...

Are you eating more or less?

I have noticed that since I retired I have trouble not eating correctly! I never feel hungry but if I have one bite of anything it seems as if I want to eat more and more! It takes a lot of will power not to binge! In the States I did not have this problem. Anybody else find this to be true?
