I have a question. Why do I feel dizzy almost as soon as I take my blood pressure pills after breakfast? Surely they have not yet had a chance to be absorbed?

What exercise can I safely do, while getting this high BP under control? At present I don't dare do anything but some basic slow stretching and my usual housework. I feel dizzy so I don't risk trying anything strenuous. So I am getting fatter!

My goodness, the opposite presents it's own problems of course. I used to have always low or normal pressure, now for some as yet unknown reasons, it has shot right up.
