Back when I was younger I had a terrific temper and lost it many times. Now for years, I never allow that to happen. Reason being I know anger is the most destructive thing and it damages yourself even more than those around you.

Indeed it does me. Could it mean it is meaningless or not? Could well be the universal response of dreamlike experience as the brain shuts down.

I am definitely now thinking along those lines myself. The brain and mind are deep, mysterious and probably always going to be. I dream and during the dreams they are real to me. When I wake I realise the dreams have their roots from things I have read or watched, or people I have thought about...
