I've found some great frozen rice at the markets... including Jasmine Rice, Spanish Rice and Brown Rice. Most can be found at Trader Joe's. It takes 3 minutes in the microwave and they are close to anything you can cook on the stove.

Do we eat rice? Hubs is Filipino, so if there isn't rice with our meal I have hell to pay! I will occasionally include potatoes or mac and cheese as a starch, but after that we need to revert back to rice. I'm perfectly fine with that. It's healthy.
