    Don't worry too much. My sister-in-law says the same thing to me about drinking water. But, I'm the same as you drinking Crystal Light iced tea all day and my blood work always shows I'm hydrated LOL!

    I had 2 given in the 90s and neither gave me relief. Good luck, you'll never know until you try. I also had had where the nerves are cauterized and they gave me about 2 days' of relief.

    It's such a shock when you fall

    I've seen this advertised recently. Have you used it? Do you like it? I have fallen a couple of times and had to crawl to my bed and throw myself over the mattress until I could get my feet in the right position to push my self up. Knees can really pay for it.
