Agent claims to be able to sell house to investors

I succeeded in convincing the OH to forget about this offer. Thanks, all.

    Is this a bear track?

Took this yesterday at about 7,000 feet in Northern Arizona. Probably 7-8 inches long. The obvious heel and overall shape make me think it's from the rear foot of a bear. Am I out of my mind?

Agent claims to be able to sell house to investors

It's being considered by my OH because it's been on the market for 1 year. I am not so trusting.

Agent claims to be able to sell house to investors

Long story short: House has been for sale for 1 year. "Agent" who works for mortgage company offers, in his spare time, to market the house to investors. Says there will be a flat fee far below the commission real estate agents get. He sends contract to sign -- it says Purchase and Sale...

Are mice/rats a problem with newer travel trailers?

My wife and I have decided to buy a travel trailer. Online, I've read lots of posts about how "mice will always get into your parked trailer" and "pack rats will chew through the wires underneath if you leave it parked for any length of time." An RV dealer said -- of course -- that mice will...

Using a Subaru to tour the country with a travel trailer

Thanks so much for doing that. What a great idea! Hard to find any fault with what Hal 9000 told you -- and now told all the users of this site.

Using a Subaru to tour the country with a travel trailer

Thanks for the suggestion, but we're hoping to avoid the expense. 1 month in even a cheap hotel = $3,000 to $4,000 and likely more, depending on where you are 1 month of dispersed camping = $0

Using a Subaru to tour the country with a travel trailer

The owner's manual says "3,500 lb. towing capacity," so I assume it's rated for towing. Renting a lightweight trailer for a weekend is a good idea. Thanks!

Using a Subaru to tour the country with a travel trailer

Thanks for the reply. We have camped in a tent for a few years. We're hoping to upgrade -- literally, to get up off the ground -- and have access to a toilet that doesn't require going outside.

Using a Subaru to tour the country with a travel trailer

My s.o. and I had plans to buy a Sprinter van and tour the country after I retire at the end of this year. But then on a visit to the Subaru dealership for a routine oil change, she was captivated by the new Subaru Outback Wilderness. Long story short, she now owns one. The car, thanks to the...

    Can anyone ID this bird?

Good guess, but not Lee's Ferry. Verde River in Cottonwood, AZ.

    Can anyone ID this bird?

Zoomed in. We were standing on the opposite side of the river.
